    MUS 2601is the fourth and final Music Theory Course. In this course, major compositional forms are studied as well as 20th Century techniques. Specific forms include 18th Century Counterpoint, Binary Form, Ternary Form, Variation Technique, Sonata Form, and Rondo Form. 20th Century Techniques studied include Asymmetry, Polytonality, Serialism, and Twelve-tone Technique.
