    Description
    This course includes notation in all clefs, all major, minor, chromatic, and modal scales and key signatures as well as simple, compound and complex rhythms and time signatures. All forms of intervals, triads, seventh chords and inversions will be studied and recognized aurally as well as notationally. Sight-singing using solfegge syllables and rhythms and intervals studied. Melodic dictation will be emphasized and keyboard technique will be developed as it relates to course materials. C-ID MUS 120 & MUS 125.
