- Specialized projects not offered in standard courses. Students design, program and manufacture tooling or parts utilizing industry practices. Proper documentation and part inspection are emphasized. Previous knowledge of CNC machine tools is utilized to produce various CNC machined parts with special emphasis on assemblies, work holding and fits. Design for manufacturability is utilized in all designs.
