    FIRE 9676 - Rope Rescue Awareness/Operations Outcomes: Identify different levels of rescues. Explain the need for support. Identify hazards. Explain the resources needed for a rescue incident. Describe policies and and procedures for a search. Describe helicopter uses for rescue. Define triage. Identify PPE issues. Demonstrate knots, bends, hitches. Construct an anchor system.

    This course provides information on high-angle rescue, familiarizing participants with operation of simple, complex, and compound rope rescue systems in the high-angle environment.
