Identify areas where fire suppression limitations exist. Describe the conditions which contribute to the occurence of plume-dominated and wind-driven fires. Describe the combining influences that affect basic wildland fire behavior and should be monitored continuously. Describe the seven wildland factors and indicators of change for each factor.
