- Introduction to the craft of creative writing through the study and analysis of diverse works of established and peer writers. Students will practice writing in various genres and will be introduced to the workshop method and the reader-writer relationship as they craft their own creative works and to identify their unique voices as writers. This is also the first course in the Certificate in Creative Writing. (AA, CSU)
