Transfers ToCSUDescriptionEDUC 1004 will provide practical experience to cover general principles and approaches to teaching writing strategies in a K-12 classroom. Students will be working in a classroom setting with struggling writers. Students will successfully interpret writing pedagogy and techniques that will best fit the needs of their students. Students will apply the California Standards on the Teaching Profession (CSTPS), specifically standard 5 (standards and assessment), during the semester. This is the second course of a three course sequence.
