- This 3 unit class is the first in the series of COS' three Administration classes required for the Commission on Teacher Credentialing Site Supervisor and Program Supervisor Permits and is designed for students who have completed one three unit ECE course. The class includes principles, practices and standards used in program planning, budgeting, personnel administration, and family advocacy in early education programs and agencies serving young children.
