Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionA noncredit course designed to teach adaptive study strategies. Students receive one-on-one and small-group instruction in study strategies designed to enhance success in mainstream coursework. Strategy-based learning is stressed in an effort to address a student's learning disability and/or learning difference. Independence and self-advocacy are stressed throughout this lecture/lab course. Note: Students must be enrolled in at least one academic class to be eligible to take this class.
