    Description
    All majors welcome! Students will learn beginning through advanced skills in competitive forms of traditional forestry activities such as axe throwing, birling (log rolling), buck sawing, wood chopping, tree climbing, and technical events (tree ID, wood ID, cruising, and traverse). This course is designed for students to receive hands-on instruction in the safe use of specialized equipment in order to participate in local and regional forestry conclave competitions and conferences. All students enrolled in this course must participate in competition(s).
