    Description
    Students will explore theories, concepts, and principles of human communication with emphasis on interpersonal relationships. Course content will stress psychological, social, and cultural factors which affect human interaction. Attention will be given to identity, perception, emotion, listening, conflict management, relationship development, language, and nonverbal communication. Various relational contexts are highlighted such as friendship, family, and professional relationships.
