Transfers ToCSUDescriptionOccupational Work Experience Education is designed to help students meet their educational and occupational goals, including developing career awareness, building transferable job skills, learning industry standards and culture, and developing professional career networks. To participate in this program, the student’s job must be related to educational or career goals or college coursework or relevant to a student's educational pathway through demonstrable learning outcomes that have value toward a degree, certificate, or future career goals. Students should take primary responsibility for finding a work experience opportunity. Note: Students can enroll in a minimum of 0.5 units (27 hours) and a maximum of 14 units (756 hours) for all Work Experience Education courses in which they are enrolled in a single semester. Students cannot exceed 14 Work Experience Education units (756 hours) per semester.
