The course will cover water quality criteria, nutritional requirements, feeding practices, reproduction, and common diseases. Students will learn about land-based and offshore production technologies associated with the production of high-quality fish for market. Laboratory experiences will focus on the management of local salmonid hatcheries and aquaculture facilities.
