    This course is designed to support students currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a science course at College of the Desert (although all students are welcome). Topics include: scientific notation, unit conversions, computing averages and percentages, mathematics vocabulary, interpreting and creating graphs and charts, logarithmic scales, and general problem-solving.
