Students will take a hands on approach in the examination of the rankin cycle, steam generation, gas turbine operation, biofuel production, geoexchange systems, solar power production, wind power production and hydro-power production. Students will engage in discussion regarding cost effectiveness, viability and practicality of each of these technologies. A lab uniform is required for this course.
