    Description
    This course comprises the field portion of the paramedic program. Students will complete 480 hours of paramedic internship in the field with a paramedic preceptor (s) as a part of an EMS transport provider. The student will show entry-level proficiency as a paramedic with direct patient care responsibilities by the end of the field internship. Fulfills the requirements of Title 22 of the Health and Safety Code for paramedic field externship. Grade of B or better.
