- employment in a water treatment plant, water distribution system or hold a valid Grade I license. Presents intermediate to advanced principles of water distribution. Assists in preparation for Grade III & IV Water Distribution Operator's Certificate examination given by the State of California Water Resources Control Board. Field trips may be required.
