Emphasis is placed on spelling, punctuation, lexical variations, idioms and cultural components of the Spanish language. This class is designed for students who communicate in Spanish, heritage speakers, and/ or have near-native oral proficiency. UC credit limitation: SPAN-101, 101H and 211 combined, maximum credit one course.
