    Description
    Provides students with the hands-on application of sterile compounding using aseptic techniques in simulated pharmacy environments. This course emphasizes inpatient pharmacy practices, cultural competence, medication distribution, reconciliation, handling of hazardous drugs, and labeling final preparations according to the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) guidelines. Admission to the Pharmacy Technology Program is required.
