    Introduces pharmacological concepts, drug classifications, therapeutic uses, side effects, dosage forms, and routes of administration. Examines concepts in drug development, alternative therapies, medication errors, drug usage, basic anatomy and physiology, and regulatory oversight. Admission to the Pharmacy Technology Program is required.
