UC credit limitation: PHOTO-150, 160, and 285 combined, maximum credit one course PHYSICAL SCIENCE Physical Science classes prepare students to understand and appreciate nature and become knowledgeable about fundamental forces in nature, the basic principles behind modern technology and energy sources, and the role of science in everyday life. Physical Science may be utilized in such professions as teaching, serving as a technical administrator in government and industry, or completing legal work with patents, scientific librarianship, and scientific journalism.
