    higher math placement Presents linear and non-linear algebraic relations and functions, conic sections, exponential and logarithmic functions, matrices and determinants, complex numbers and selected topics from theory of equations, sequences and series, along with basic mathematical concepts and skills that are helpful in College Algebra. UC credit limitation: MATH-103X and MATH-104 combined: maximum credit, 5 semester units.
