    4.00 - 8.00 hours lecture, 4.00 - 48.00 hours lab Prepares Incident Management Team (mostly Chief Officers) in commanding a dynamic all-hazard situation including wildland fires. Focuses on the Incident Command System (ICS), key skills, and ICS forms required to create, run, and transfer command of a largescale incident.
