    Presents an overview of the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to provide developmentally appropriate curriculum in early childhood education programs serving children 0 - 8. Examines the teacher's role in supporting development and learning, including the essential role of play. planning environments in indoor and outdoor settings, routines, interpersonal tone and curriculum planning, implementation and reflective practice.
