    English (ENGL-C1000 or ENGL-C1000H). Eligibility for college level Math course with an Intermediate Algebra prerequisite (MATH-103, MATH-103X, STAT-C1000, STAT-C1000E, STAT-C1000E) Introduces the biology of microorganisms; bacteria, viruses, protozoa, parasitic worms, algae, fungi, and their significance, with emphasis on clinical microbiology and infectious disease for the health sciences.
