Transfers ToCSUDescriptionExamines industry-recognized practices for using digital simulation, analysis, and evaluation to assess the performance of proposed and existing buildings. This course will focus on the iterative methodologies used in the A/E/C industry to inform the performance of residential and non-residential building projects, as well as the calculations necessary to document compliance with regulatory codes and sustainable building rating system requirements. Upper division course, registration is limited to students with Junior Standing in the Bachelor of Science in Building Performance Degree program.
