- This course will provide instruction for individuals who are preparing for Emergency Medical Technician training. Topics will include an introduction to Emergency Medical Systems, the roles and responsibilities of an EMT, and expanded instruction on anatomy/physiology. This will create a foundation of knowledge for the EMT Basic course.
