Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionThis course is designed to improve multilingual students’ low-advanced vocabulary, reading, and critical thinking skills. Specifically, students will learn skills such as studying vocabulary in texts, analyzing elements of literature such as character and theme, making sophisticated inferences, and evaluating texts within their social and cultural contexts. They will practice these skills in low-advanced texts of 3 or more pages and at least one book length work.
