    Description
    (No prerequisite. Advisory: REAL 115 or REAL 116.) A study of real estate finance includes lending policies and problems, financing residential and commercial properties, and the Federal and State entities that oversee lending practices. This course is one of the acceptable electives for obtaining a Real Estate Sales license and is also one of the eight courses required to sit for the Real Estate Broker's Exam. Specific course content is applicable towards Real Estate Appraiser Licensing (check with real estate instructors for content and subject categories based on Office of Real Estate Appraiser's requirements).
