Transfers ToCSUDescription(No prerequisite. Advisory: REAL 115.) This course introduces students to the day-to-day practice in a real estate office. It includes understanding agency obligations inherent in real estate practice and provides practice in the basic skills necessary to succeed in a real estate career. This course, plus REAL 115, plus one other elective course, are required to sit for the Real Estate Salesperson's Exam. This is also one of the eight courses required to sit for the Real Estate Broker's Exam. (CSU)
