- (No prerequisite.) This course introduces students to the field of positive psychology, which is the scientific study of positive human experience, positive individual traits and positive institutions. The primary focus of the course is on the basic concepts, theories, and research in positive psychology. Students will also learn evidence-based techniques to enhance their personal well-being.
