    Description
    (Prerequisite: Eligibility for college-level composition, ENGL C1000/ ENGL C1000H/ ENGL C1000E/C-ID ENGL 100 or equivalent.) This course introduces students to the major philosophical ethical theories and encourages them to apply these theories to situations in contemporary culture. Students gain an increased understanding of the role that ethical reasoning plays in the maintenance of culture.
