- (No prerequisite. Corequisites: NE 180, 180L, 188.) This course provides opportunities for first-semester registered nursing students to learn and practice evidence-based nursing skills across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on integrating the use of clinical judgment, communication and documentation skills, and problem-solving through the use of clinical simulations and case scenarios. (CSU)
