    Description
    (Prerequisite: Completion of Intermediate Algebra or the equivalent, or placement based on AB705 mandates.) An intensive, combined course in pre-calculus, algebra, and trigonometry, intended to prepare students for calculus. Topics include polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions; the binomial theorem; arithmetic and geometric sequences and series; mathematical induction; trigonometric identities; polar coordinates; conic sections; vectors; and applications of right angle trigonometry.
