    Description
    (No prerequisite. Three or six activity hours weekly.) This course introduces principles and guidelines for developing physical fitness using functional movements. Exercise activities use functional body weight movements to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and explosion. Movements may include a combination of jumping, sprinting, pushing, and pulling; routines may include medicine balls, ropes, agility ladders, and suspension training.
