    (No prerequisite.) This course explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping graphic design and other creative industries. You will learn foundational concepts, including how AI learns, the tools it offers to designers, and its role in transforming creative practices. Through hands-on projects, lectures, and critical discussions, you will gain practical experience with AI tools and examine their potential to enhance design workflows. The course also provides an opportunity to explore the broader implications of AI, addressing its ethical, social, and cultural impact on the creative field. Students will engage with hands-on learning, lectures, and critical literature to understand the opportunities and challenges of AI-driven creativity. Through design-led research and project work, students will develop skills to leverage AI tools and techniques, empowering them to integrate AI thoughtfully into their own creative practices.
