This course develops stenotype machine dexterity; improves fluent reading of stenotype notes, develops the ability to take dictation at 160-180 wpm on 5- to 10-minute literary, jury charge, 2-voice and 4-voice tests with 95% to 97.5% accuracy; and continues the acquisition of technical, medical, legal, and general vocabulary, and familiarization with current events.
