    (No prerequisite. Advisory: CIS 275.) This course provides the knowledge and skills required to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and support server and workstation hardware and software technologies. Students learn to identify environmental issues; understand and comply with disaster recovery and physical/software security procedures; become familiar with industry terminology and concepts; and understand server and workstation roles, specializations, and interactions within the overall computing environment.
