- (No prerequisite.) This course focuses on the fundamentals of public service. Topics include pedestrian awareness, bicycles, fares and Americans with Disability Act. DMV certification is covered. This course prepares students for entry-level positions in transportation operations. Per California Code of Regulations, this course is limited to students admitted to he Bus Operator Apprenticeship Program (BOAP).
