    (No prerequisite.) Introduction to the natural history, ecology, and behavior of mammals, emphasizing the natural history of California mammals, techniques in studying mammals, and tracking and interpretation of mammal sign. Laboratory investigations include hands-on analysis of mammal anatomy and physiology. Field explorations are used in understanding mammalogy concepts in relation to survival strategies. (CSU)
