An introduction to the criminal justice agent and the community relationship; causal and symptomatic aspects of community understanding; exploration of cooperation and mistrust; study of behavioral causes; ways to develop and maintain amicable relationships in order to maintain a safe community and the concept of Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving.
