    Formerly: Foodservice Management. This course focuses on the practical skills needed to oversee people, budgets, and processes in a healthcare setting. Students explore staffing and scheduling, employee training, workplace communication, and policy development to ensure efficient daily operations. The course also examines financial management, including budgeting, purchasing, facility design, and cost control, with emphasis on strategies that promote organizational efficiency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery across diverse healthcare environments. Enrollment Limitation: HLTH C160; students who complete MGMT C160 may not enroll in or receive credit for HLTH C160.
