- This course provides a comprehensive introduction to healthcare management by exploring the history, policies, and structure of the U.S. healthcare system. Students examine core management functions, including leadership, communication, finance, human resources, and strategic planning, while also addressing ethics, quality, and health informatics. Enrollment Limitation: MGMT C161 ; students who complete HLTH C121 may not enroll in or receive credit for MGMT C161 .
