- Formerly: BCT C311. Comprehensive study of International Residential Code for One and Two-Family Dwellings. Topics include all residential code requirements for building a home according to IRC, including international building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire codes. Academic experiences are designed to develop skills in noncommercial construction. Field experiences are used when applicable.
