- The concepts covered in this course are part of various scientific disciplines that inform the science of water treatment and provide water treatment operators with advanced knowledge and skills required to effectively operate and maintain water treatment facilities; prepare students to take the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) test for Water Treatment Operators Certification Grade T3 or T4.
