- This course is an introduction to three-dimensional sculptural principles, techniques, and concepts utilizing a wide range of materials and practices. Through demonstration and lecture students learn various sculpture methods with attention to creative self- expression and historical context. Sculptural material may include but are not limited to clay, wood, plaster, fiber, metal, mixed media, installation and digital technology such as 3D printing and scanning.
