Content focuses on the maternity cycle, wom- en's health, and the development of the newborn from the embryonic stage to neonatal life. Clinical nursing experience will be in acute care inpatient settings and include skills/simulation days. CSU NURS 53 and 55 are half-semester courses required in the third semester of students enrolled in the curriculum in Nursing.
