- This course provides entry to the motorcycle technician series. Overview of the history and culture of motorcycles, industry vocabulary and lan- guage, safety, tools, theory of operation, and the basic use of hand tools in shop-related projects and electronic diagnostic equipment. "Soft" skills of customer relations and "hard" skills of hands-on technical training. CSU
