    English or ESL 188) As an introduction to Geographic Information Science (GIS) and related technologies, this course reviews the history, structure, uses, and current trends in GIS. Special attention is given to related funda- mental geographic concepts, basic spatial querying, and cartography operations using industry-standard ESRI's ArcGIS software. UC/CSU
