- ESL 188 This course is designed to accomplish an understanding of the opera- tional level component associated with hazardous materials. Fulfills the requirements by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 472 and exceeds the requirements of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.120 standard for competent response to Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction inci- dents.
